| S t a t u s P a r a m e t e r s This is the magical way we Staffers work Godmoding out of the site... if only a bit. - First of all, I’ll explain each area as best I can:
- Taijutsu
This Parameter determines your skill with Taijutsu, which can include any kind of Armed Warfare that uses no Chakra. To a small extent, it can also limit your strength, however, we'll allow you members to work out that level of power.
This is your limits, and what they can mean:
- 1-15: (Genin Level) Not very strong, but stronger than the average civilian. / Some Skill in Taijutsu, but not much.
- 16-35: (Chuunin Level) Stronger, but not the best. / Skill in Taijutsu can be at a good level now, but it's rare to see a fully mastered Taijutsu style...
- 36-75: (Jounin Level) Stronger still, strength can be well recognized now. / A style or even up to three could be masted now; very deadly opponent.
- 76-100: (Kage Level) Extremely strong, the strongest can move boulders with their bear hands. / Many styles could have been mastered, or, one style could become extremely deadly; Proceed with extreme caution should it come to a fight.
- Ninjutsu
This Parameter determines your skill with any and all Ninjutsu, this includes any Armed Warfare that that uses Chakra or any other source of energy that's not electricity of some form. This skill level can also bleed over into your ability to use a great deal of techniques to trap your opponents, though very slightly (for that manly relies on your Roleplay Skills)
This is your limits, and what they can mean:
- 1-15: (Genin Level) Not very strong, but not really bad either. / Some Skill in Ninjutsu, but not much.
- 16-35: (Chuunin Level) Stronger, but not the best. / Skill in Ninjutsu can be somewhat deadly now. Many techniques may be known...
- 36-75: (Jounin Level) Stronger still, it doesn't take as many hand seals to create Jutsu that are used often. Sometimes, no seals at all can be required if a technique is mastered to such an extent...
- 76-100: (Kage Level) Extremely strong, this level of Ninjutsu is uncommon, but can still be widely seen. Most jutsu may not require seals to form, or would require only a fraction of the needed amount; Proceed with extreme caution should it come to a fight.
- Genjutsu
This is your ability to cast Genjutsu and break them too. This can also slightly effect your ability to hide yourself (but that mostly relies on your Roleplay Skills, again).
This is your limits, and what they can mean:
- 1-15: (Genin Level) Most Genjutsu will work very well on this type. They can't quickly see nor break it. / Some Skill in Genjutsu, but not much...
- 16-35: (Chuunin Level) Harder to catch now, but high ranked Genjutsu of B+ can catch them, anything A+ will take time to break.. / Skill in Genjutsu can be somewhat tricky now. Many techniques may be known...
- 36-75: (Jounin Level) Genjutsu may be seen quickly with these types of users, so precausions should be taken to prevent that, or make it harder. / Genjutsu from this type can be upwards of B to S rank.
- 76-100: (Kage Level) Genjutsu can still catch, but will be broken very quickly. Recommended to place two or three layered Genjutsu over this type for even a few seconds, lest they be very good at breaking Genjutsu. / Genjutsu can now be cast with the slightest twitch of the finger, or direct gaze of the eyes...
- Speed
This is the speed in combat you move at. Taijutsu can slightly effect this, but Speed on it's own makes up for 90% of just how fast you really are.
This is your limits, and what they can mean:
- 1-15: (Genin Level) You're not too fast, but your fast enough to jump from tree branches and rooftops.
- 16-35: (Chuunin Level) Fast enough now that it might be a bit hard to land a solid hit, to anybody to low of stat in this area. You can find yourself moving very quickly across land.
- 36-75: (Jounin Level) Now you can really move: your speed is only matched by other Jounin Level and exceeded by Kage Level. You can be very hard to catch, and impossible to see by lower ranked individuals.
- 76-100: (Kage Level) You are in the top position for fastest. It's almost insane the speed you can move at on your own, and with a bit of Chakra, you're on a whole other level.
- Perception
This is your ability to see and determine things. Such as, an enemy's position, possible future outcomes, and the like.
This is your limits, and what they can mean:
- 1-15: (Genin Level) You wont be able to see much at this point, you may get lucky, but you really couldn’t notice or spot anything without a major technique or Kekkei Genkai helping you.
- 16-35: (Chuunin Level) You may notice things easier now due to experience, but you aren't the best. You're not bad at it, just not super good.
- 36-75: (Jounin Level) With age and experience, you will go far. Now you can see and understand things quite well. Such as: A puddle in the middle of a dirt road when it had been sunny for the whole week. Most Chuunin would notice that, but Jounin would see it from a mile away, and already know what to do to win.
- 76-100: (Kage Level) Nothing can really catch you by surprise now. You expect certain things to happen now that you have inside information to the location of enemies last seen, and as such, can prepare accordingly for the attacks they may send.
Now, lets talk about how you are further limited. You are granted Stat Points for a number of things, and they can be bought pretty cheep from the EXP Shop too. But here's the catch... You are limited to only allowing one Status Parameter to reach past 90. That means, that only 1 of the above 5 can reach 91+. The other 4, are stuck at 90. You have your choice of which can increase, but you are only allowed 1 parameter to extend up to 100. This allows even Kage to have trouble in a fight against one another. If it was a dead set, even match, then not much would come from it. But if the favor was tipped just slightly to the other side, that would make it harder, and you'd have to keep on your toes.

| “R a n k t o S t a t u s” R u l e s You all have Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu as Status Parameters ( Guest: “Obviously! I've read it, how many times now!!” (XD) ). These are not only here to measure your possible skill in these areas, they also limit what you can possibly do. Simpler terms? From a number to another number, you are only allowed to create a certain Rank of Jutsu. This is so, a Gennin level Ninjutsu user, doesn't end up with a powerful S-Ranked Jutsu that would were them out very quickly Chakra and Stamina wise. So basically(er), they are limits on what you can... and cannot have. Taijutsu Limits
- 0 = No Taijutsu skills ranked E or Higher.
- 1-25 = Taijutsu Skills ranked E, D & C can be created. B-ranked and higher cannot.
- 26-34 = Taijutsu Skills ranked E-B can be created. A-ranked and higher cannot.
- 35-49 = Taijutsu Skills ranked E-A can be created. S-ranked cannot.
- 50-90 = All Taijutsu Skills of any rank can be created.
Ninjutsu Limits
- 0 = No Ninjutsu skills ranked E or Higher.
- 1-25 = Ninjutsu Skills ranked E, D & C can be created. B-ranked and higher cannot.
- 26-34 = Ninjutsu Skills ranked E-B can be created. A-ranked and higher cannot.
- 35-49 = Ninjutsu Skills ranked E-A can be created. S-ranked cannot.
- 50-90 = All Ninjutsu Skills of any rank can be created.
Genjutsu Limits
- 0 = No Genjutsu skills ranked E or Higher.
- 1-25 = Genjutsu Skills ranked E, D & C can be created. B-ranked and higher cannot.
- 26-34 = Genjutsu Skills ranked E-B can be created. A-ranked and higher cannot.
- 35-49 = Genjutsu Skills ranked E-A can be created. S-ranked cannot.
- 50-90 = All Genjutsu Skills of any rank can be created.

L 2 = Language is permitted, but cannot be used to abuse other members, only other member's CHARACTERS.
S 2 = Sexual Acts are permitted, but must be placed within the appropriate area.
V 3 = Violence is permitted, and there are no restrains as to what you can post or say (Within the two above rules).

Well, it's Mid Summer now in Mukougakure, Nayamagakure, and Hanegakure! The sun is just boiling down on the ANBU's backs as they stand guard over the Village. Most Genin are out training with their Sensei though, the hot sun making it seem like it would 'Build Character'.
The Chuunin have it easy, as most are either away on missions where there's a lot more shade, water, or down south where all the snow is. Some are even teaching indoors! Lucky...
Brrr! It's winter down in Arashigakure and Honougakure! This is the time of year when Arashi gets quite a few snowstorms, well, if your below the cloud! Above on the upper platform, there's no snow, but there IS quite a wind chill!!
Down in Honou, because of the proximity of the Volcano, temperatures don't drop too much down here, if any, they only drop by 5oF!
